It is the stated objective of Al-Hejailan Consultants to provide its Clients with a quality of services consistent with the highest professional standards.
 
Al-Hejailan is committed to the concept of Quality Assurance as defined in ISO 9001:2000, recognizing that no organization or service can remain static in a world of continuously advancing technology, Al-Hejailan is committed to the continual improvements of its operational and management systems to achieve excellence and to achieve innovative, safe, and economical engineering solutions in every project undertaken. This is achieved through regular review of performance, working methods, and staff training.
 
Al-Hejailan Quality Manual is the source from which detailed quality management procedures, specific work instructions, and project quality plan for each individual project is derived.
 
Responsibility for upgrading and maintaining the Quality Management System and for conducting internal audits rests with the Quality Assurance Supervisor, to ensure the system integrity and effectiveness.
