Al-Hejailans
multi-disciplinary staff of professional engineers and project
managers forms the core of Al-Hejailan engineering capability.
Support staff provides specialist expertise in complementary
fields as well as in management and administration. All professional
staff are degree holders with considerable years of experience.
The long-term association between the Company and its long serving
employees assures stability and supports preservation of knowledge
and experience in the organization.
Al-Hejailan Engineering Office is organized by department as
illustrated in the chart below, engineering departments in all
disciplines are directed by department heads who are responsible
for all technical matters pertaining to their departments, staff
members include mixed nationalities of diverse experience levels
from lead engineers, to designers and CAD operators. Engineering
departments are assisted by support groups such as, Materials
& Cost Management, Project Control & Scheduling, Project
Management, Business Development, Personnel & Administration,
and Accounting.
All departments and support groups report to the Vice President.
The QA/QC Supervisor conducts his responsibilities of monitoring
and auditing the Quality Management System and reports directly
to the Vice President. |
